Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thehealthmagazine.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of products from The Health Magazine Shop ("HealthLab™," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about our products, your rights and obligations, our disclaimers and liability limits, and how disputes are resolved. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

2.1 Dietary Supplements
We sell dietary supplements, including (but not limited to) The Glow & Energy Bundle™. Our products are intended to support general wellness. They are not medications, not FDA-approved to treat any disease, and not intended to replace the advice of a licensed healthcare provider.
Statements about our products on our Site, in our marketing materials, or in customer communications have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

When you place an order on our Site, you make us an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the prices shown. We accept your offer when we confirm your order and charge your payment method. Until we confirm, we reserve the right to decline any order for any lawful reason — including but not limited to suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping (unless otherwise stated) or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or similar mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. We will notify you of any such cancellation before processing it, so you may decide whether to re-order at the correct price.
3.3 Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, which may include major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
3.4 Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to states where we are legally required to do so. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

"HealthLab™" and "The Glow & Energy Bundle™" are trademarks of The Health Magazine Shop. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
7.2 Limited License to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
7.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to us (whether through our Site, email, social media tagging, or surveys), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in our marketing and communications. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Health Magazine Shop and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your use of our Site or products
- Your violation of any rights of any third party
- Any content you submit to us
11. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services and to cancel any pending orders if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we consider harmful to us or other customers.
Upon termination, your right to use our Site will cease, but the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or our Site or products will be governed by the laws of the United States and, as applicable, the state in which The Health Magazine Shop is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution First
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer care team at support@thehealthmagazine.shop with a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve your concern in good faith within 30 days of receiving your notice.
Most disputes can be resolved this way. We encourage you to write to us first — even if the problem feels significant — because our team is empowered to review the case under our published policies.
14. Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. This section requires you to resolve any disputes with us through individual arbitration rather than through a court or class action, except where prohibited by law. By agreeing to these Terms, you are waiving your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit against us.
14.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally under Section 13.1, any unresolved claim between you and The Health Magazine Shop arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Site, or our products will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
14.2 How Arbitration Works
- The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator selected under AAA's rules
- The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding
- Arbitration will take place in the state where The Health Magazine Shop is registered, or by phone/video if the amount in dispute is less than $10,000, or at a mutually agreed location
- Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees, except where provided otherwise by law or the arbitrator's ruling
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You and we agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action or private attorney general action.
14.4 Exceptions
This arbitration agreement does not apply to:
- Small claims court actions, provided the claim qualifies and remains in that court
- Disputes relating to intellectual property rights, which may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction
- Any claim that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law
14.5 Your Right to Opt Out
You have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement in Section 14 by sending us written notice within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Send your opt-out notice by email to support@thehealthmagazine.shop with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Your notice must include your name, mailing address, email, and a statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration agreement. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or purchase of our products after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please stop using our Site and do not place further orders.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Site and purchase of our products. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
